The Home Depot

I’ve been a customer for 15 years now. All through out that time this place has always maintained a friendly staff, great selection of products, and very organized facility. This is my go to place whenever I need anything for a project. In fact I’ll be in today! Highly recommend for anyone needing a good selection of all materials.

Great Home Depot location in a little shopping center. Organized, friendly and helpful staff, and easy to find what you need. Self Checkout is also easy to use too, so is the cashier checkout. Also great service. So, All in all, great Home Depot location. Would recommend this location and will be back.

One of my favorite places to shop for hardware, paint, tool accessories and not to mention the AMAZING HOT DOG KIOSK! I love this Home Depot specifically because of how helpful the employees are. Sometimes it’s difficult to navigate the maze. The assistance you receive at Home Depot is unmatched!

At this particular store, the customer service managers mouth engaged long before her brain did. I was returning a piece of PVC pipe along with a coupler. This is where she should have just taken the receipt that I had in my hand, and looked at it before she said a word. But no, you know how the saying goes, open mouth insert foot, well she should have inserted her whole leg. She proceeded to tell me that I didn't buy it, and they didn't sell me it like that. When I said yes you did, she said no we didn't. I look at her and said so your calling me a liar, her facial expression said yes I am. As much as I would have loved for one of the ladies is line( who heard this,) to go over and knock the s..t out of her, I remained cool. I held out the recipient Once again and she took it, after looking at it and seeing that they did indeed sell me that piece of PVC exactly like it was, at a 50% off, does she apologize or anything, no. You know what she did instead, proceeds to try to justify her actions. (That it's ok to be as rude as she wants, and to bring a person's integrity into question) I personally will not shop at this Home Depot again, and I'm telling all of my other contractor friends to avoid this Home Depot as well. If in the future, we hear that this problem has been resolved, we will be more than happy to return our business to this location. Thank you, have a great Christmas!

Total rip off. Everything is massively overpriced. They intentionally only stock the most expensive (profitable) items in store because Home Depot doesn’t care about the customers. Shop around, I guarantee you’ll find what you’ll looking for cheaper elsewhere.
